Elizabeth House Medical Practice The team at Elizabeth House Medical Practice in Surrey take pride in offering the highest standard of patient-centred healthcare. We are a small team and aim to provide the highest standard of modern practice whilst remaining friendly and efficient.  

The practice area covers Warlingham,  Farleigh,Chelsham,Woldingham,Hamsey Green and parts of Whyteleafe, Caterham and Sanderstead.

We offer a full general practice service and run specialist clinics for diabetes,asthma,heart disease and renal disease. We also offer a variety of other medical services such as childhood vaccinations, antenatal & postnatal care,minor surgery and well-person check-ups.

At Elizabeth House Medical Practice we aim to treat all patients promptly and courteously and we welcome any comments about how we could improve our service.

 

Please note that from 1st August 2017 we will only be able to process online prescriptions using the new patient access system. Please contact reception for more information and to receive your personal log in

Please note that the doctors at the practice have a conscientious objection to the holding of fire arms. For this reason they will not be able to sign application forms or renewal forms for this purpose.

THE PRACTICE OFFERS EVENING APPOINTMENTS WITH A GP OR A PRACTICE NURSE. WE ALSO OFFER ONLINE BOOKING OF APPOINTMENTS - PLEASE CONTACT RECEPTION IF YOU WOULD LIKE TO USE THIS FACILITY.
